EOC Week 2 Three examples of questionable ethics

This burger king ad featuring a woman with her mouth open ready to receive this huge sandwich is highly inappropriate in my opinion. I know that sex sells but Burger King is suppose to represent their business as family operation and this image seem to be really risque for a younger audience. It is highly suggestive and then the caption makes it even worse which reads; “ It’ll blow your mind away.”

As many of us know Sisley is know for their controversial advertisements but this one has me completely shocked. This ad shows two girls who appear to be high on some illegal  white substance but are reenacting partaking in that substance. Looking closer reveals that it isn’t that substance, it is a white t-shirt. How horrible! This  is showcasing apparel but in a bad way and with bad ethics. Promoting anything that looks like people doing anything illegal is bad more for any company.

Quiznos sub has lost their minds by putting out this ad with this nasty looking rat creature in there commercials. When I think about what I want to eat the last thing I want to see is some weird rat or any other hairy creature. This proves that Quiznos has a bad sense of ethics and marketing strategy. This basically tells the public that they have rats but they want you to eat there anyway, bad idea Quiznos and I would like to smack whoever approved this campaign.
